PRowl Public Relations is happy to introduce new Account Executives and Junior Account Executives this semester! PRowl offers leadership to help our members grow professionally. Account Executives and Junior Account Executives manage a team of 3-4 students to executive PR tactics for one of PRowl’s six clients.
Marisa Blackwell (Junior Account Executive) is a junior Media Studies and Production major, concentrating in Media Business & Entrepreneurship and minoring in Public Relations. On campus she is an active member of Temple’s PRSSA chapter and has her own radio show on WHIP Radio, Temple’s student-run radio station, called the Oxford Comma Show. She enjoys working and volunteering in both non-profit and entertainment PR. Marisa can be described as a pop-culture enthusiast, coffee drinker and dog lover. Follow her on Twitter and Instagram.
Jenna Faccenda (Junior Account Executive) is a junior Journalism major and Public Relations minor. She is the girl running to catch the train while balancing coffee in one hand and a book in the other. Jenna is interested in a lot of possible career paths; she sees herself getting involved in non-profit PR, magazine marketing, but her dream job would be to work for a publishing house and later, become a published author.
Clarissa Ford (Junior Account Executive) is a sophomore Strategic Communication major, concentrating in public relations, Clarissa studies two minors at Temple: Sports Management and Adult & Organizational Leadership. She is Social Media Director for the Templar Yearbook and a member of PRSSA. In her spare time, she runs her own sports blog. Her goals for the future are to work in sports communications or expand her blog into a non-profit organization.
Marissa Reale (Junior Account Executive) is a sophomore Strategic Communication major, concentrating in public relations. Marissa has loved studying communication since she enrolled in the Communications Academy program at her high school just two years ago. Marissa found her passion for public relations when she interned for iHeart Media. She enjoys writer and prides herself on relating to people and their brand. Marissa is from Lansdale, Pennsylvania where she frequently visits her parents and younger sister.
Kristen VanLeer (Account Executive) is a junior Media Studies and Production major and Public Relations minor. She has recently interned with LevLane Advertising for social media and Harris Tea Company for marketing. Kristen enjoys volunteering at events with PRSSA for the American Heart Association and Philadelphia’s Office of the City Representative. Kristen plans to remain in Philadelphia and hopes to land a job at an agency. Kristen enjoys grabbing a bite to eat, shopping, and seeing local Philadelphia bands play shows around Temple with her friends in her free time.
